1. Entity Status and Scope

Secretariat Group LLC (“Secretariat Group”) is an administrative and coordination entity that provides internal support services to affiliated and/or contracted private entities.

Secretariat Group does not offer services directly to the public and does not independently contract with third parties except as an authorized administrative representative of such affiliated or contracted entities.

2. Agency and Representation

Any action taken, communication made, or agreement facilitated by Secretariat Group is performed solely in its capacity as an administrative agent acting on behalf of a disclosed or, where permitted by law, undisclosed principal.

All rights, obligations, liabilities, and performance responsibilities arising from any transaction, agreement, or interaction are exclusively those of the applicable affiliated or contracted entity, and not Secretariat Group.

3. No Independent Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, Secretariat Group shall not be deemed a party to, nor assume any liability under, any agreement, transaction, or relationship facilitated on behalf of an affiliated or contracted entity.

Any claim, demand, or cause of action arising from such matters must be brought solely against the applicable entity responsible for the underlying obligation.

4. No Professional Services

Secretariat Group does not provide legal, engineering, financial, real estate, or other licensed professional services.

Any professional services referenced, coordinated, or facilitated are performed exclusively by properly licensed individuals or entities under separate engagement.

5. Information and Reliance

Information provided by Secretariat Group is for administrative and coordination purposes only and may be subject to change, verification, or clarification by the applicable affiliated entity.

No representation or warranty, express or implied, is made as to the completeness, accuracy, or suitability of such information.

6. Third-Party Relationships

Secretariat Group may coordinate with third-party vendors, contractors, or service providers on behalf of affiliated entities.

Such third parties are independent and are not agents, employees, or representatives of Secretariat Group.

7. No Agency or Contract Formation by Contact

Contacting Secretariat Group, whether by email or other means, does not create any contractual relationship, agency relationship, fiduciary duty, or obligation unless expressly agreed to in writing by the appropriate affiliated or contracted entity.

8. Electronic Communications

By communicating with Secretariat Group electronically, you acknowledge and agree that such communications may be routed, stored, and reviewed for administrative purposes in connection with affiliated entities.

9. Limitation of Administrative Role

Secretariat Group’s role is strictly limited to coordination and administrative support.

Secretariat Group does not supervise, control, or guarantee the performance, conduct, or obligations of any affiliated entity or third party.

10. Jurisdiction and Governing Law

This website and any related administrative activities are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising in connection with Secretariat Group’s administrative role shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located within the State of Michigan.

11. No Waiver

The failure of Secretariat Group to enforce any provision of this disclaimer shall not constitute a waiver of such provision or any other rights.

12. Updates

Secretariat Group reserves the right to update or modify this disclaimer at any time without prior notice. Continued use of this website constitutes acknowledgment of such updates.

13. Data Sharing

Customer data is not shared with 3rd parties for promotional or marketing purposes.

Mobile opt-in and consent are never shared with anyone for any purpose. Any information sharing that may be mentioned elsewhere in this policy excludes mobile opt-in data.

14. Secretariat Group LLC Messaging Terms and Conditions

The messaging program consists of general conversational messaging to answer questions and provide support to customers.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text 'STOP' to the phone number from which you received messages. After you send the SMS message 'STOP' to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
